At SmartSourcing often discuss various aspects of the business associated with the repair and maintenance of computers. We tried to summarize the pros and cons of this type of IT business. On the one hand, it seems, problems with computers are familiar to everyone and happen, as a rule, when you least expect it: difficulties with installing software, problems with hardware, problems with applications, etc. Users need help with the repair and maintenance of computers. But on the other hand, in our community, the topic of the fact that users are not ready to pay for such services, i.e. quality service of computers, networks and office equipment for them is not a priority.
